We are delighted to announce that SeeBeyondBorders Ireland has won at the Carmichael Good Governance Awards 2024. The Good Governance Awards recognise and encourage best practice in governance by nonprofits in Ireland. SeeBeyondBorders Ireland won the award in Category 2, with the judges commending ‘’the transparency and commitment to governance demonstrated’’ in our Annual Report.
Commenting on the award, SBBI Chair, Catherine Byrne, said “I was delighted to accept the Good Governance Award on behalf of SBBI this evening. This award is the culmination of a collective effort from trustees and staff to ensure best possible standards of governance. We hope we can use this award as a catalyst to further our efforts to improve education for Cambodian children and teachers into the future.’’
