Today, our Engagement Coordinator, Limon Bunn, will fly to Ireland to take up an Irish Aid Fellowship.
From Siem Reap Province, Limon is the eldest in her family and the first woman from Northern Cambodia to secure this opportunity. She is passionate about education and international development.
Limon will study International Development at Maynooth University beginning later this month. She chose that course as it best corresponds to her career pathway and her role within SeeBeyondBorders.
While in Ireland Limon will also support SeeBeyondBorders and seek to strengthen the connections between Cambodia and Ireland. She will return to work in SeeBeyondBorders in Cambodia upon the completion of her studies.
Limon follows in the footsteps of our Managing Director Pov who recently completed his Irish Aid Fellowship. The very best of luck to Limon in the year ahead. Thank you to Irish Aid and in particular to the Irish Embassy in Vietnam for your support of SeeBeyondBorders and Cambodian education. It is significant. Ní neart go cur le chéile.
